Amber and Matt Barnett have officially become parents!
The stars of Love Is Blind, who discovered romance during Netflix’s inaugural season, have welcomed their first child—a baby girl.
Amber, 33, shared the joyful announcement via Instagram on Sunday, April 6, posting a hospital-bed snapshot captured shortly after their daughter’s birth. In the tender image, both parents rest their hands on the newborn as she lies against her mother’s chest.
“Baby Barnett is here and surpasses every dream I’ve ever had,” Amber expressed in her caption. “If you hadn’t guessed already, Baby B is a she. I’m still in awe that the hospital let us bring her home and that she’s truly ours.”
She added: “Maybe it’s the hormones, but @barnettisblind and our little girl have filled my heart beyond measure. I hope this sensation lasts forever 🩷.”p>
Among the congratulatory messages from fellow Love Is Blind castmates, Cameron Hamilton commented, “Can’t wait to meet her!!” alongside a nod to his wife Lauren Speed-Hamilton. Season 6’s Amy Tiffany also celebrated, writing, “How wonderful!! Congratulations 💕💕.”
During an October 2024 appearance on Lauren and Cameron’s podcast The Love Seat, the couple revealed their pregnancy news. Amber recounted returning to school before their surprise summer conception. “He decided to get me pregnant during my break,” she joked, gesturing toward Matt, 34.
