In a new TikTok, the model and beauty mogul got candid about her struggle with perioral dermatitis.

“Perioral dermatitis is a skin disorder resembling acne or rosacea,” she wrote in the text of the video. “In most cases, it involves tiny red bumps that form on the lower half of the face, in the folds of the nose and around the mouth.”

Hailey Bieber’s acne and red face: “I’m having a pretty bad flare up right now, so I wanted to share what I use,” she said while filming both sides of her face. “At night, I use a prescription azelaic acid cream, which really helps with the inflammation. In the daytime, I use Clindamycin, which is also a prescription that you can get from the dermatologist.”

Bieber went on to explain that she couples her prescription topicals with Rhode’s Glazing Milk because she says it’s “gentle and helps calm the skin.”

Hailey Bieber’s acne and red face: Bieber recently admitted to being blessed in the skin department but added that Rhode is for every skin type. “I don’t believe that only showing amazing skin is what we’re committed to as a brand. I know that I have amazing skin and I do my best to be super upfront with how much commitment goes into that,” she told Harper’s Bazaar earlier this year. “But I want there to be transparency and for people to feel like their skin is being represented.”
