Following his proposal to Amy Jackson during a skiing expedition in January 2024, the duo exchanged vows in August 2024 — first through a civil ceremony in London and subsequently with an extravagant wedding in Italy.

“For me, [marrying Ed] signifies having a life companion to explore with, to share affection and encouragement, to build a wonderful family and to support one another through all of life’s experiences,” Jackson conveyed to PEOPLE. “It’s about constructing a future together and creating infinite memories, understanding that we are a team throughout everything.”

In March 2025, the pair revealed the arrival of their first child, a son named Oscar Alexander. The Supergirl actress is also a mother to son Andreas, whom she shares with British real estate developer Andreas Panayiotou.

Jackson was born in the UK and embarked on her modeling career at the age of 15. In 2009, she was crowned Miss Teen World after triumphing in the Miss Teen Liverpool and Miss Teen Great Britain contests.

Her involvement in pageants secured her a modeling agreement with Boss Model Management and subsequently, Models 1 in London. After graduating from teenage pageants, Jackson won Miss Liverpool in 2010. She later competed for the Miss England title and was named as the runner-up.

She is a Bollywood star

The two initially met at a fall 2021 Aston Martin racing event on the Silverstone racetrack. A common friend introduced them, and they exchanged stories about their pets — Jackson’s poodle Herbert and Westwick’s French bulldog Humphrey.

Westwick proposed during a skiing trip

The couple officially united in matrimony on August 9, 2024, through a civil ceremony in London. Merely weeks later, they celebrated with a grand wedding for 220 guests in Italy.

Jackson, who donned a bespoke gown by Italian designer Alberta Ferretti, met Westwick at the altar, with her son Andreas serving as the actor’s best man.

“We both wished for [Andreas] to be an essential part of this significant moment,” Westwick expressed to PEOPLE. “He walked down the aisle with me, carried the rings, and awaited his mother with me.”

The bride remarked: “I think it [was] a truly lovely way to honor their connection.”
