Taylor Swift Steps Out in $800 Dress and $300 Bag for N.Y.C. Girls’ Night with Gigi Hadid

Get your mood boards ready: Taylor Swift just dropped some new winter outfit inspo.

On Tuesday, Dec. 3, the superstar, 34, stepped out for dinner in New York City with pal Gigi Hadid in an elegant ensemble. Swift opted for Simkhai’s $845 Kenlie midi dress, which features a long-sleeve mock neck fitted top with a voluminous, gathered skirt.

She added a pair of black pointed-toe pumps and topped off her look with the Dôen Lais Bag. The rhinestone accessory retails for $298 and per Dôen’s website, is hand-beaded in India by skilled artisans. The brand notes that each purse takes three days to complete by hand.

Swift coordinated her sparkly bag with sparkly drop earrings and, of course, rocked her signature red lip. Her dark blonde hair was swept into an effortless low bun with her bangs framing her face.

Meanwhile, Gigi rocked her own monochromatic look. The model, 29, sported a maroon maxi skirt and matching cropped leather jacket. She accessorized with leather boots, a leather handbag and sunglasses.

With just three performances left of her record-shattering Eras Tour, Swift’s collaborators and admirers are speaking about the star’s legacy for this week’s issue of PEOPLE.

Journalist Rob Sheffield, whose book Heartbreak Is the National Anthem explores her massive influence, told PEOPLE: “The Beatles are the closest thing to a Taylor Swift that we have in history. She’s so completely transformed pop music.”

As for her future endeavors, Oscar-nominated cinematographer Rodrigo Prieto says the genre-bending musician will only keep evolving.

“She has so much energy and love for creativity, I am certain there is much more where that came from,” says Prieto, who has worked with Swift on four of her music videos, including the recent “Fortnight.” “She is unstoppable, and her enthusiasm for her craft is contagious. I know she will keep giving us wonderful music, but surely she will continue branching out into other areas of creative output.”
