Snooki Takes Us Back to 2011 in Leopard Print Mini, Platforms and a Hint of a Pouf at 2024 MTV VMAs

Snooki is back!

Nicole Polizzi, known as her moniker “Snooki” from the MTV reality series Jersey Shore, embraced her OG style at the 2024 MTV VMAs.

The 36-year-old star looked straight out of 2011 in a leopard print mini dress, platform heels and her signature teased-up, “pouf” hairstyle. Her brunette locks, streaked with honey blonde highlights, were pulled into a half-up, half-down style with face-framing pieces. The mom of three also added a long black cardigan and black shoulder bag.

On the red carpet, Snooki flashed peace signs and smiled for the camera. She was also joined by her friend and makeup artist, Joey Camasta, who appears with Snooki on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.

As an original cast member on Jersey Shore, Snooki quickly captured audience’s attention with her spitfire personality and over-the-top fashion.

Fellow Jersey Shore co-star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was also in attendance on the VMAs red carpet. The 42-year-old wore a yellow and black patterned shirt and black pants, topping off his look with sunglasses. He posed with his wife, Lauren, who donned a simple black mini dress.

Jersey Shore: Family Vacation returns Thursday, Sept. 19 at 8 p.m. on MTV.

“From the sandy shores to the neon lights of Sin City, the squad is taking fans on a rollercoaster of emotions as they navigate life’s biggest milestones – from parenthood and adoption to engagements and heartbreaks,” a press release reads.

In PEOPLE’s exclusive first look the second half of season 7, the cast is set to make “unforgettable memories” and face “unexpected challenges,” as well as travel to Las Vegas, New York City and Miami.

Cast members DJ Pauly D Delvecchio, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Jenni “JWOWW” Farley, Deena Cortese and Angelina Pivarnick will also return.

The 2024 MTV VMAs air on Sept. 11 at 8 p.m. ET/ PT live from the UBS Arena in New York.
