The couple marked the end of Passover Seder on Sunday, April 20, celebrating with friends and family.
Chef Jake Cohen shared a collection of photos and videos showcasing the joyful celebrations on Instagram on Monday, April 21. The images featured the Only Murders in the Building star, 32, cozying up to Blanco, 37, as they sang along to their song “Bluest Flame,” with Blanco also seen at the DJ decks.
Cohen captioned the pictures—which included traditional challah bread shaped to represent the date “4 / 20”—with, “Later Seder 2025 xoxo The Jewish Joy Boys.”
Gomez and Blanco released their album I Said I Love You First on March 21, showcasing their track “Bluest Flame” during a surprise appearance at an A24 x IMAX screening of Spring Breakers in New York City on March 19.
Before the launch of I Said I Love You First, the couple participated in an interview where Gomez discussed how Blanco inspired her to reconnect with music. She shared that her last full-length album prior to this was 2020’s Rare, explaining that she had faced significant frustration and uncertainty about her musical direction during her hiatus.
Gomez recalled, “We had been together for a while, and obviously I would confide in him. I couldn’t figure out my sound.” She expressed appreciation for Blanco’s musical insights, noting that the album’s creation felt unique compared to her past experiences.
Blanco mentioned that they kept the project “really close to [their] chest[s].”
Interestingly, it seems Gomez has also influenced Blanco’s musical tastes, as he revealed during a recent interview that she turned him into a fan of Taylor Swift’s music. “She did get me into [Swift’s music],” he admitted. “Before we started dating, I was aware of Taylor Swift’s music, but I wasn’t like a true Swiftie until I was with [Gomez].”
