In previous TikToks, Anderson has questioned who is the father of Blanchard’s baby.
Following the realization of the Louisiana law, a source close to Blanchard told PEOPLE on Tuesday, Oct. 29, that she completed a procedure called a Noninvasive Prenatal Paternity test (NIPP) to prove that Urker is the father of Blanchard’s daughter on the way.
The source close to Blanchard also told PEOPLE that the test she completed was “the non-invasive kind.”
“It’s very low risk,” added the source. “It only required her blood and a swab from Ken’s DNA from his cheek, since [Blanchard’s] blood is circulating in her [baby’s] body.”
