“RHOM Stars Alexia and Todd Nepola Navigate New Waters: Divorce Finalized, Bond Stronger Than Ever!”

Alexia Nepola and Todd Nepola have concluded their divorce. However, the duo informs PEOPLE that their love story is not yet finished.

In an exclusive declaration, the Real Housewives of Miami personalities disclose that they remain together despite the termination of their marriage.

“After careful consideration, Todd and I have come to a friendly divorce agreement,” Alexia states in a release. “Although our marriage has officially ended, our bond hasn’t.”

“We continue to care for and support one another as we transition into this new phase,” she notes. “We are grateful for the compassion, affection, and support from our relatives, supporters, and admirers.”

Court documents examined by PEOPLE indicate that Alexia and Todd attained a marital settlement agreement on March 17.

They stated they signed “freely and voluntarily with the assistance and advice of legal counsel,” however, they requested the settlement “to remain private and not be submitted to the Court.”

The agreement follows Todd’s divorce petition filed on April 11, 2024. The couple exchanged vows in December 2021 after delaying their wedding due to COVID restrictions.

At the Bravo Fan Fest in November 2024, Alexia provided an update regarding her relationship with Todd subsequent to the divorce filing.

“Todd and I are striving to understand things,” she explained. “We’re still focused on improving ourselves and growing stronger while we work this out since we truly care for each other deeply.”

Shortly after the news of the divorce petition became public, Alexia addressed the situation on her Instagram Stories, expressing she was “taken aback and heartbroken.”

“I will find solace in knowing that my loved ones will support me during this challenging period. I am hopeful for brighter days ahead,” her statement conveyed.

That same month, Alexia confirmed to PEOPLE that she and Todd were no longer residing together and were not intending to celebrate Thanksgiving together.

The Real Housewives of Miami is currently available for streaming on Peacock. Alexia and Todd’s divorce is anticipated to be featured in season 7 of RHOM, which is set to premiere later this year.
