Meghan Trainor Shares 6th Wedding Anniversary Post Featuring a Video of Daryl Sabara Weeping for the Sweetest Reason

Meghan Trainor is all about that hubby!

The singer, 31, celebrated her sixth year of marriage to Daryl Sabara, 32, on Sunday, Dec. 22. She reflected on their sweet life together in a heartwarming Instagram post shared a day later.

“8 years of love, 6 years of magic, 4 years of making perfect, beautiful babies,” Trainor wrote in the caption. 

“This life we’ve built together is truly unbelievable. And we’ve only just begun,” she continued.

In several images from the post, the family posed for an adorable professional photo shoot with a red backdrop. In one image, Trainor and Sabara were all smiles while embracing their sons Riley, 3, and Barry, 17 months. Having tied the knot on Trainor’s birthday in 2018, the second image included a “happy birthday” frame over a video of the couple kissing. 

In a touching moment, Trainor captured a video of her husband bursting into tears while reading a Rolling Stone article about her career.

“You just worked so hard for this,” Sabara told his wife through tears.

“I love you,” Trainor replied.

Alongside family photos, she revealed they marked their anniversary with a trip to a rage room. They donned protective clothing as they smashed glass and bashed at a car covered in graffiti joined by her BFF Chris Olsen.

A beautiful photo of Trainor in her floor-length white gown and Sabara in a classic tuxedo from their wedding day completed the series. 

“You were made for me and I know it when I look at our boys Riley and Barry,” Trainor continued in the lengthy post caption. “You make me laugh harder than I’ve ever laughed. You take care of me. You give me all of your love and energy and light.”

Spy Kids alum Sabara and Trainor tied the knot on her 25th birthday in 2018 – one year after they got engaged.

He previously described meeting the singer in 2016 as “love at first sight” while speaking on an episode of Apple Music Hits’ Dirty Radio with Meghan Trainor.

“When you walked in the room, I was like, ‘Damn, she’s a dime,’ ” Sabara told Trainor in 2020. 

“It all happened when you first walked in the room on that double date and it was this ease just came over me, like there she is. I never knew that I would get married and then when I saw you, it just flashed before my eyes.”
