“Man Sues Diddy, Alleges Sexual Assault at Star-Studded Party with Beyoncé, Jay-Z, LeBron”

Another individual accused in the legal filing reportedly stated this was a “disciplinary action,” adding, “Diddy wants him to witness how we handle informants.”
The legal document claims Combs explicitly instructed that Manzaro be humiliated publicly during the gathering, after which the accuser was undressed and clad in a G-string along with “a black leather mask featuring a rubber dam forcibly placed and secured over his head.”
“A locking sexual apparatus was attached to the mask, extending from his mouth,” the filing states. “The plaintiff then endured humiliating and unwanted sexual acts.”
Manzaro asserts he subsequently encountered Jacob Arabo, a prominent jewelry designer, and voiced bewilderment before Emilio Estefan purportedly directed the men accompanying Manzaro to remove him from Arabo’s vicinity.
The lawsuit further contends Gloria Estefan once more asked for medical assistance but was overruled by Emilio.
The legal complaint labeled the gathering as a “perverse competition.”
In a statement to PEOPLE, Combs’ attorneys vehemently refuted the claims presented by Manzaro.
“This lawsuit illustrates the shameless extremes accusers will pursue to attract media attention for financial gain,” Combs’ representatives stated. “No rational individual reviewing this filing would believe these fabrications. Mr. Combs anticipates presenting his case in court, where these falsehoods – and the twisted intentions behind them – will be exposed.”
Emilio Estefan was listed as a defendant in the legal action. Gloria Estefan, James, Beyoncé, and Jay-Z were not included as parties to the suit.
In a statement to PEOPLE, representatives for Gloria and Emilio Estefan disputed the claims.
“Gloria and Emilio Estefan categorically reject these accusations,” their statement read. “The residence in question was not their primary dwelling but rather a property intended for family purposes. No social gatherings were hosted there between 2012 and 2019. We possess comprehensive documentation verifying these details and will submit it to the court.”
TMZ published a statement from Jay-Z’s legal counsel, Alex Spiro.
“[Jay-Z] wasn’t present in Florida during the alleged event — he was participating in well-documented public engagements that confirm his absence,” Spiro was quoted as saying. “These baseless claims undermine confidence in our judicial system.”
Spiro and representatives for the Estefans, James, and Beyoncé have not yet responded to requests for comment. A representative for English was unavailable for comment.
Combs faces lawsuits from multiple individuals alleging sexual abuse, all of which he denies. The music mogul has entered a not guilty plea to federal sexual offense charges, with his trial scheduled for May.
