Teddi Mellencamp Sends Heartfelt Message to Tamra Judge Amid Shocking Brain Tumor News

Although Teddi Mellencamp may have dreaded the worst, Tamra Judge was not prepared to let her depart.
During the March 13 installment of their Two Ts in a Pod podcast, the close companions shared an emotional moment following Mellencamp, 43, revealing her battle with migraines and mental haze before being admitted to the hospital for what her estranged spouse, Edwin Arroyave, suspected could be a “brain hemorrhage.”
Following a CT scan, Mellencamp was identified with multiple brain tumors. After receiving this information, Judge, 57, recounted receiving a text message from the previous Real Housewives of Beverly Hills sensation.
“I can’t tell if it [was] just me or I was included in the group text, but you said to me, ‘You all assumed I was insane, but truly, I’m on my deathbed,” Judge disclosed, becoming emotional. “And I recall texting you back saying, ‘No, you’re not, because if you’re on yours, then I’m on mine, as I can’t exist without you.”
On Feb. 12, Mellencamp declared on Instagram that after enduring “intense and incapacitating headaches” for weeks, medical professionals found that she had multiple brain tumors that had been developing for at least the past six months.
At that time, she revealed that four of the tumors were surgically excised and “the remaining smaller tumors will be addressed with radiation at a future date.” After the operation, three additional tumors were discovered in Mellencamp’s brain and two further tumors were located in her lungs.
In another part of the podcast, Mellencamp shared her experiences of the agony she faced before her diagnosis and conceded that she’s endured “some of my darkest, saddest times” since the diagnosis.
“I was at a horse exhibition. I vividly recall going to my friend Nicole stating, ‘I am experiencing the worst migraine of my entire life.’ I remember struggling to recollect how to articulate certain words,” she reflected. “I began trembling uncontrollably and lost track of where I was.”
Despite using migraine medication, her symptoms persisted for several days and intensified.
“I remember being in such severe agony. I could barely move. I couldn’t see. I didn’t wish to do anything,” she described. “Honestly, I was at a loss for what to do as everything in my life felt chaotic.”
Although she has a lengthy struggle ahead, Mellencamp expressed she is “feeling genuinely optimistic” and indicated she was commencing radiation on March 17 alongside immunotherapy sessions one day every three weeks.
Acknowledging that her brain tumors are a consequence of her past melanomas spreading, Mellencamp expressed her regret for not paying closer attention to her body. She confessed that her headaches lingered for six months before she sought medical help.
“I wish that the moment I sensed those headaches, the moment I began to feel unlike myself, I would have visited the doctor and undergone examination,” she stated.
