“Jesy Nelson Reveals Brave Health Update Following Emergency Surgery Amid Twin Pregnancy”

Jesy Nelson has shared a health update with supporters following surgery prompted by pregnancy complications.

The 33-year-old former Little Mix member – currently expecting twins with partner Zion Foster – posted a hospital room video to her Instagram Stories on Sunday, April 6. Dressed in flamingo-patterned sleepwear, she addressed viewers from her bed while Foster occasionally appeared behind her.

“We wanted to check in now that another week has passed,” she stated, gently touching her abdomen. “We feel incredibly thankful these little ones continue thriving.”

The singer went on to acknowledge fan support: “Your kind words and uplifting posts have truly kept us going. We appreciate every message you’ve sent.”

“Still here pushing forward,” she added about her hospitalization. “Zion wheels me outside briefly, but that’s our only outdoor time currently.”

Nelson concluded by promising continued updates about their “pregnancy progress.”

Last month, the artist disclosed her twins’ MCDA condition, meaning they share one placenta. During a March 5 emotional update, she explained the risks: “One twin could potentially absorb disproportionate nutrients, creating life-threatening complications for both.”

Days later on March 8, she reported experiencing concerning symptoms doctors had warned about, captioning her video: “TTTS development,” referencing twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome.

Following medical evaluation, Nelson revealed: “Doctors determined necessary intervention despite our hopes to avoid it. This procedure offers their best survival chance.”

By March 30 (UK Mother’s Day), the couple shared positive news via Instagram: “The TTTS resolved completely! The surgery worked perfectly!” Nelson noted while explaining her continued hospitalization to prevent early labor: “We’re taking it week by week, begging them to stay put.”

“One milestone at a time,” Foster added during the update.
