Jennifer Lopez Shows Off Toned Abs in Stylish White Turtleneck Crop Top While Out and About in L.A.
Jennifer Lopez is showing off her fit physique.
The singer and actress, 55, barred her toned abs while out and about in Los Angeles on Friday, Sept. 13.
For the daytime outing, Lopez wore a white turtleneck crop top, which she paired with cream-colored pants and dark high-heeled boots.
The Atlas star accessorized her look with a large brown purse, stylish sunglasses and a set of gold earrings.
Lopez has spoken candidly in the past about her strict workouts — including how she incorporates dance into them.
“It’s no secret that I love dancing, so it doesn’t even feel like exercise to me,” she previously told PEOPLE.
“I freestyle dance with Tracy Anderson five times a week. We’ll incorporate light weights (3 pounds) for the arms and moves that focus on the butt and thighs and engage the core,” the mother of two continued.
As for her diet, Lopez once shared with PEOPLE, “I don’t deprive myself. But I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.”
Lopez’s recent West Coast outing took place shortly after she attended the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) to promote her latest project, Unstoppable.
In it, the “Can’t Get Enough” musician plays Judy, the mother of real-life wrestler Anthony Robles, who was born with one leg and won a national championship in 2011 while competing at Arizona State University. She also serves as a producer.
Lopez’s attendance at the annual film event marked her first major public appearance since filing for divorce from Ben Affleck. A source recently told PEOPLE that Lopez “was happy to be in the spotlight again because of work,” adding, “She’s so over all the attention on her personal life. The film festival truly uplifted her. She was excited to focus on work again.”
Unstoppable is in select theaters in December, and coming soon to Prime Video.
