Jennifer Lopez Is Already Tapping Into Her Winter Style: See Her Cozy, Monochrome Look
Winter came early this year — at least in Jennifer Lopez’s wardrobe!
The singer and actress, 55, proved that her cozy winter style knows no bounds by channeling it early, stepping out in Los Angeles on Saturday, Nov. 16, in an ensemble suited for chillier temps.
Summoning the colder months, Lopez wore a casual look that was not only cozy but cohesive, as each piece was a matching shade of greige (or gray-beige).
On top, she wore a cropped tan puffer vest layered over a long-sleeved hoodie, and accessorized with a striped scarf tucked in for a maximum cozy effect. For bottoms, she kept the neutral color scheme going with a pair of matching high-waisted, drawstring joggers.
The star didn’t appear to carry a bag — perhaps due to plenty of pocket room in her vest-jogger ensemble — but took the wintry outfit to the next level with a pair of aviator-style shades and winter boots. She wore her hair down in a simple, loose style.
The “On the Floor” singer’s latest seasonal look comes shortly after she brought the winter vibes at a special screening of her film Unstoppable earlier this month in London.
At the Nov. 5 event, Lopez sported a figure-hugging white halter dress, which featured semi-sheer fabric and a chunky turtleneck, as well as a fuzzy winter coat.
Ever the accessorizer, the singer also rounded off the look with a pair of white pointy-toe pumps and a clutch, and wore her hair in a J.Lo red-carpet staple: a sleek updo.
“I don’t think there’s a busier time of the year than the holidays, [but] even during a busy holiday season I try to keep my routine consistent,” she said earlier this month.
For Lopez, that means “sticking to my skincare even when I’m tired, making time for working out so I can stay energized, and finding moments to relax and recharge, whether it’s through a little affirmation or a little mindful breathing meditation for a couple of minutes in the morning,” she explained.
Plus, she carves out time for “pampering” — and “quiet evenings” with some reality TV. “Once the kids have gone to bed, I’m like, ‘Okay, my time,’ ” Lopez told PEOPLE. “Put my face mask on. Watch The Great British Baking Show or whatever’s on.”
