While discussing his Christmas shopping practices, he explained that he now opts for online shopping rather than braving the malls, which can add to the holiday stress.
“There was one package left for my girlfriend Brittani that hadn’t shown up yet,” he shared. “I was waiting for this to arrive, and it showed up today.”
He called their relationship “serious” in April 2025
On April 17, a few months after his initial revelation, Rodgers returned to The Pat McAfee Show and provided an update on his relationship with Brittani.
Amid talks about his status as a free agent quarterback, Rodgers indicated that he has shifted his focus to other priorities.
“I’m in a different phase of my life,” he noted. “I’m 41 years old, I’m in a serious relationship. I have off-the-field matters that require my attention.”

Rodgers has been candid about his mental health struggles over the years, detailing how psychedelic substances have played a role in his personal growth and relationships.
In an August 2022 appearance, he discussed how ayahuasca, a plant-based psychedelic, had helped him develop unconditional self-love, which in turn influenced how he loves others.
“To me, self-love is a core tenet of mental health,” he stated. “Only with unconditional self-love can I truly extend that love to others.”
He added, “And what better way to work on my mental health than to have an experience like that?”

Before his relationship with Brittani, Rodgers was engaged to actress Shailene Woodley. They announced their engagement in February 2021, but ultimately ended their relationship in April 2022.
