New photo of Hugh Jackman’s son: different from his father
Hugh Jackman’s son: Hugh Jackman stepped out in New York City with his son Oscar Maximilian Jackman this week, marking a super rare occurrence for the 23-year-old who hasn’t been photographed publicly in years.
Hugh, 55, was spotted strolling around Manhattan with his son on Sunday, March 17, cutting a casual figure in a black graphic T-shirt and jeans.
As seen in the pics obtained by Hello Magazine, the Greatest Showman actor also appeared to be wearing a baseball cap and a hospital mask, while his son walked alongside him carrying a Trader Joe’s shopping bag.
Oscar, who has managed to stay out of the public eye for the majority of his adult life, with very rare sightings throughout the years, was also dressed in a casual ‘fit for the outing, sporting a collared tan jacket and a pair of navy blue pants.

Oscar appeared to be almost the same height as his famous dad, who stands tall at 6’3″, further showing just how grown up he’s become.
Hugh adopted Oscar with his now-estranged wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, back in May of 2000, after the couple faced fertility issues while trying to conceive.
They later adopted a second child in July 2005, welcoming daughter Ava Eliot, now 18.
Hugh Jackman’s son: Hugh and Deborra-Lee—who tied the knot in 1996—announced their separation nearly 30 years later in September 2023, sharing their decision to part ways and pursue their own “individual growth.”
“We have been blessed to share almost 3 decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage,” the exes shared in a statement at the time, insisting that their family “has been and always will be our highest priority.”
“We undertake this next chapter with gratitude, love, and kindness,” they added at the time.
