“George Clooney Reveals Hilariously Relatable Reason Amal Missed ‘Good Night, and Good Luck’ Premiere”

This marks George’s debut stage production since his 1986 involvement in Vicious, a theatrical exploration of Sid Vicious’ life originally staged in Los Angeles before transferring to Chicago’s Steppenwolf Theatre. His portrayal of a narcotics-peddling sex worker in the production famously propelled him to secure his inaugural agent and transition to screen roles.

The cast of Good Night, and Good Luck features Mac Brandt embodying Colonel Anderson alongside Will Dagger’s interpretation of Don Hewitt. The ensemble includes Christopher Denham as John Aaron, Glenn Fleshler portraying Friendly, and Ilana Glazer taking on Shirley Wershba. Notable performers also comprise Clark Gregg as Don Hollenbeck, Paul Gross as William F. Paley, and Georgia Heers as Ella, with Carter Hudson completing the Wershba duo as Joe. Additional cast members feature Fran Kranz, Jennifer Morris, Michael Nathanson, Andrew Polk, and Aaron Roman Weiner in pivotal roles.
