**David Foster & Katharine McPhee’s Family Shines at BOOP! Broadway Opening with Daughters & Granddaughter**

David Foster basked in an outpouring of encouragement during BOOP! The Musical’s premiere celebration.

The legendary composer, celebrated with sixteen Grammy Awards, crafted fresh compositions for this stage adaptation featuring the beloved cartoon personality originally created by Max Fleischer. This groundbreaking project marks Foster’s inaugural venture into theatrical productions – a significant achievement in his illustrious 50-year musical journey.

Surrounded by loved ones, the musical maestro attended the April 5th curtain raiser at New York’s Broadhurst Theatre with his 2019 bride Katharine McPhee. The family entourage included three daughters from the composer’s brood – Amy S. Foster (51), Sara Foster (43), and Erin Foster (40) – accompanied by one of his grandchildren.
