The Brosnans’ Night Out

Celebrating their time together, Pierce Brosnan and his wife Keely Shaye Brosnan were spotted at the premiere event for the show MobLand on Monday, March 31 in the vibrant city of New York.

The veteran actor, aged 71, and Keely, his partner of over two decades, illuminated the red carpet with their presence, capturing the essence of love and togetherness.

Speaking to PEOPLE, Brosnan joyfully exclaimed, “Tonight is a special night for us. With my commitment to MobLand, it’s been a while since we last saw each other. However, we finally reunited just yesterday evening.”

In MobLand, Brosnan plays the patriarch of a criminal family in the new crime-drama series from Guy Ritchie, which premiered on Sunday, March 30, featuring actors like Tom Hardy and Helen Mirren.

Dressed elegantly, Brosnan sported a distinguished navy suit paired with a silver tie while Keely Shaye, aged 61, looked stunning in a black lace mini-dress.

Brosnan expressed his enthusiasm for participating in the MobLand series due to his admiration for Guy Ritchie’s involvement in the project. Ritchie is set to direct some episodes and serve as an executive producer for the series, further enhancing its appeal.

Reflecting on his involvement, Brosnan mentioned, “Guy Ritchie’s craft, his films, and the compelling narrative presented in the series were all pivotal reasons for me joining. Additionally, the creative input from Ronan Bennett and the exceptional acting of Helen Mirren were equally compelling factors.”

Having tied the knot in 2001, Brosnan and Keely (formerly Smith) first crossed paths in 1994, eventually becoming blessed with two sons, Dylan, 28, and Paris, 24. (Brosnan also shares late daughter Charlotte and sons Christopher, 52, and Sean, 41, with his first wife, the late actress Cassandra Harris.)

Recently, the couple celebrated their 23rd wedding anniversary on August 4, 2024. Keely commemorated the milestone by sharing a series of wedding photos on Instagram.

The iconic James Bond star also took to social media to honor his beloved wife, writing, “My beautiful brown-eyed girl, my compass in all directions. All my love, even in times of separation.”
