Cardi B Provides Unfavorable Update on Relationship with Offset

Cardi B has shared distressing developments concerning her connection with Offset during a live X Spaces conversation on Saturday, March 29. The “Bodak Yellow” singer asserted that her estranged spouse had reportedly been shadowing and bothering her amidst their separation. The troubling messages prompted Cardi, 32, to reach out to Offset’s current partner.

“This individual is angry because I forwarded his partner text messages of him pleading with me, claiming he was going to end his life, saying he was going to terminate my life,” Cardi stated about Offset, 33. “All that stuff, he was furious.”

Cardi also accused Offset of tormenting her rumored boyfriend. “Not to mention, he messaged someone I was involved with videos of me and him engaging in intimate activities. That is the type of ordeal I have been facing for the past two months.”

“Each time he realizes I am out of town, he pesters me,” she alleged. “He sends me voice messages attempting to shatter my self-confidence, and I am extremely weary of it.” Cardi expressed her exhaustion with him leaving her “explicit voicemails.”

Cardi further claimed that Offset had been video calling her with his partner, stating, “You have been persistently bothering me and the individual I’ve been seeing for months now.” She concluded her Spaces discussion by accusing Offset of harassing her friends too.

Representatives for Offset did not promptly reply to PEOPLE’s request for a statement.

This revelation marks the latest chapter in Cardi and Offset’s turbulent relationship. In January, Cardi accused Offset and his mother of stealing from her. “I didn’t listen after you and your mother stole from me,” Cardi alleged, adding, “Yes, you and your mother stole from me blatantly, exploited me. I told you to stop playing with me.”

She also alleged that in 2024, Offset did not purchase gifts for their children for Christmas. “You only called your daughter for the first time this year yesterday,” she stated. “Your newborn. You adore your children so much, and you didn’t buy them anything for Christmas. But you came to New York to buy gifts for your other kids.”

Furthermore: “However, you intentionally did not buy my kids anything to upset me. Note that we were on good terms. We were not together intimately, but we were in good standing. Stop playing games with me.” Representatives for Cardi B and Offset did not respond at that time.

The former pair tied the knot in 2017 and have three kids together: Kulture, 6½, Wave, 3½, and a baby girl born in September 2024. Cardi filed for divorce from Offset for the second time in July 2024. (She had previously filed in September 2020, but they canceled it).

In an X Spaces conversation in December, she mentioned that the situation between her and Offset was “calm.” “We have been at peace for over a week, and we appreciate the harmony,” Cardi mentioned.

“We are not quarreling. We are not really conversing. So, we are progressing towards a stage where we are co-parenting healthily.”
