Jolie, 48, and Vivienne, 15, posed backstage with the cast of the new Broadway musical on Wednesday, April 3. Jolie and her daughter are co-producers of the production, which is currently in previews at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre in New York City.
Vivienne wore her hair loose and parted down the middle.
Jolie revealed in August 2023 that her and ex-husband Brad Pitt’s youngest daughter was joining her in working on the adaptation of S.E. Hinton’s novel and the 1983 film starring Tom Cruise.
The Golden Globe winner is one of the musical’s lead producer, with Vivienne on board as a volunteer assistant.
“Viv reminds me of my mother in that she isn’t focused on being the center of attention but in being a support to other creatives,” Jolie gushed of her child’s role in a statement last year.
“She’s very thoughtful and serious about theater and working hard to best understand how to contribute.”
The show opens on Broadway on April 11.
Jolie’s latest project comes amid bombshell claims by her legal team that Pitt, 60, was physically abusive to her “well before” the 2016 plane incident, according to legal documents obtained by Page Six Thursday.
“[The] flight marked the first time he turned his physical abuse on the children as well,” the document read, going on to explain why she “never pressed charges.”
The “Maleficent” star allegedly “believed the best course was for Pitt to accept responsibility and help the family recover from the post-traumatic stress he caused.”
