In a recent conversation regarding her collaboration with Canada Dry, the bride-to-be shared details about her upcoming wedding to fiancé Scott “Scotty” Dobson. The couple, who have been together for five years, announced their engagement in May 2024 and plan to tie the knot in March 2026. Although Scott has nearly a year to choose her wedding dress, she initially intended to wait until the last minute to make her selection.
“I’ve had so much going on that I haven’t really delved into the whole planning process,” Scott explained about her wedding plans. “I’m definitely the type who thrives on last minute decisions.”
“While I know I won’t wear the dress again, I’m leaning towards something more timeless,” she emphasized. “I envision an elegant, simple strapless dress. Those styles never go out of fashion, and I believe they withstand the test of time.”

Though the couple is still working out the details of their wedding, they have settled on one important aspect: the cocktail that will be served at their celebration.
Scott has teamed up with Canada Dry to promote their Fruit Splash Cherry Ginger Ale, which she plans to feature in a signature welcome martini for the wedding weekend. This delightful cocktail, named “The Chief Stew,” includes one shot each of vanilla vodka, cherry brandy, sweet vermouth, and Canada Dry Fruit Splash.
“The reason it resonates with me is that Canada Dry emphasizes comfort and luxury,” Scott noted. “I prioritize comfort, and I wanted to collaborate with them to create a signature cocktail, so my guests can enjoy an experience similar to what people at home will have.”
