Kim Kardashian Reveals Her Kids Are Totally Unbothered When She’s Away for Over a Week!

Kim Kardashian’s children aren’t overly affected when their mother is away from the house.

During the recent episode of The Kardashians, the SKIMS co-founder, aged 44, along with her sister Khloé Kardashian, spent 48 hours in Mumbai for the Ambani family’s wedding. Kardashian and the mother of two, 40, are presented with designers for their outfits, while Khloé contacts her daughter True, 6, whom she shares with former partner Tristan Thompson, 33, to showcase their styles over FaceTime.

Khloé, who also has son Tatum, 2, with the basketball player, receives a disinterested response from her daughter. In a confessional, she confesses that this is the “longest I’ve ever been away from my kids.”

In reply, Kardashian mentions that her children “couldn’t care less” if she departed for a week, with Khloé agreeing, stating, “I don’t think any of them care.”

In a prior episode of The Kardashians, the mother of four commemorated a significant milestone as her daughter North, 11, was invited to perform the Lion King song “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King” at the Hollywood Bowl. During practices, North was managing everything like a pro, with Kardashian appearing more anxious than she was.

The proud mother was very reluctant about allowing her daughter to perform as she feared negative feedback from viewers watching North. Nevertheless, she conveyed a direct message to anyone criticizing her oldest child.

“This is a tremendous responsibility for a little child,” Kardashian remarked. “I already anticipate the criticism that she’s not Whitney Houston — duh! Oh, she got this opportunity because of her parents. North is the moment. They want to see North West on TikTok, here, there, everywhere because she’s a personality, a performer, and if anyone wants to criticize a child who is having the time of her life… F— you.”

Kardashian and former partner Kanye West share four offspring: Psalm, 5, Chicago, 7, Saint, 9, and North. In the previous week’s episode of The Kardashians, she reprimanded her two sons for engaging in risky behavior.

“Hey, we’re not doing wheelies. You might fall and injure yourself,” she cautioned. “And then your entire summer is ruined. You can’t swim if you have stitches; you can’t do anything if you incur a fracture or need stitches.”

In a confessional, Kardashian was queried if being a mother is the most challenging role she has. “Oh my god. Unquestionably,” she replied. “Hands f——— down. Toes down, hands down. But I’ve developed some f——— courage. Now I’m the stern one, and I take pride in that.”
