Josh Brolin Says Knives Out 3 ‘Scared Me’ Despite It Being ‘One of My Favorite Jobs That I’ve Ever Had’
The star-studded ensemble cast will also include: Daniel Craig (back as detective Benoit Blanc), Glenn Close, Jeremy Renner, Mila Kunis, Kerry Washington, Josh O’Connor, Cailee Spaeny, Andrew Scott and Daryl McCormack.
“It turned out that it was a cast, a lot of people who I had worked with, a lot of people who I loved and hadn’t met yet, like Andrew Scott and Josh O’Connor, and people like that,” Brolin said at the Comic Con panel. “Then doing it turned out, I mean, still one of my favorite jobs that I’ve ever had.
He teased, “I can’t say what I played. It scared me, which I wanted to be scared.”
Close, 77, who also worked with Brolin on the new comedy Brothers, recently told PEOPLE that, for the new Knives Out, director Johnson “assembled a wonderful team around him and put together this cast from heaven.” She added, “It’s truly one of the best experiences of my life.”
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery will be on Netflix in 2025.
