Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley’s 2 Kids: All About Meilani and Greyson

Farley and Mathews welcomed their first child, daughter Meilani Alexandra Mathews, on July 13, 2014.

Shortly after, Mathews announced Meilani’s birth on X (formerly Twitter). “She is here! 7 lbs., 13 oz. Words can’t describe what looking into your child’s eyes can do to you. I’m humbled,” he wrote.

The following day, Farley shared her own note expressing appreciation. “Thank you all for the beautiful messages and best wishes,” she penned on her website. “Your love and support during this amazing time in our lives means everything.”

Over the years, Farley has continued celebrating her firstborn with memorable birthday parties and heartfelt shout-outs on social media.

In honor of International Daughters Day, Farley shared several photos of Meilani on Instagram and wrote in part, “From the moment you came into my life, you have brought nothing but joy, laughter, and endless love to my heart.”

Meilani has a special connection to Jersey Shore, too. Like her mom, who is best friends with fellow costar Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Meilani is close to Polizzi’s daughter Giovanna, who was born in September 2014.

“They grew up together,” Farley told PEOPLE in 2023, explaining that the girls talk daily. “They’re mini us … They’re besties,” Polizzi added.

As for Meilani’s interests, she’s a budding cheerleader, who competes on a successful cheer team. Farley’s daughter is also a self-proclaimed fashionista who enjoys dressing up for special occasions and giving her takes on her mom’s Jersey Shore outfits on TikTok.

In addition, Meilani’s loves Halloween, Taylor Swift and traveling.

Farley and Mathews welcomed their second child, son Greyson Valor Mathews, on May 5, 2016.

Within hours, the One Life to Live actress announced the news on Instagram. “So blessed to welcome our precious son Greyson Valor Mathews,” she wrote. “He arrived healthy at 6:03pm tonight and the most beautiful part is Roger got to deliver him with our doctor. Our family is complete!”

Early in his life, Farley and Mathews noticed that their son wasn’t hitting the same milestones as their daughter. Speaking to Business Insider in 2022, the Jersey Shore alum explained that Greyson was diagnosed with autism at age 2 after he had trouble communicating.

In response to feeling lonely while learning about her son’s development, Farley decided to document the experience for her YouTube subscribers. She gave updates on his progress aided by different methods, like applied behavior analysis (ABA) and speech therapy, alongside a WE Care Autism therapist.

During the process, Farley also learned that Greyson had sensory issues when they attended WWE SummerSlam around the time he was diagnosed. After seeing him distressed, she helped create a sensory room at New York City’s Barclays Center for attendees who need space to recenter themselves during events.

“We came to Barclays a few years ago for an event and had to leave early when Greyson became overwhelmed and overstimulated,” she said in 2021. “Now, to be able to attend events and games knowing there’s a safe space for him, and others with sensory processing disorders, is so monumental to me.”

Today, Greyson is reading books, watching wrestling and quoting his favorite superheroes. Farley gave a nod to his sweet personality in a heartfelt Instagram post for his eighth birthday.

“Your laughter fills our home with so much happiness, and your curiosity about the world never fails to inspire me,” she captioned photos of him. “As you blow out each candle on your cake later, know that my greatest wish for you is to always stay true to yourself and follow your dreams.”
