Bill Maher and Noor Alfallah, Al Pacino’s Ex, Are ‘Friends’ and Have Gone on Several Dates (Exclusive Sources)

Bill Maher is spending time with Noor Alfallah.

A source tells PEOPLE that Al Pacino’s ex-girlfriend Alfallah, 30, and Maher, 68 — who were seen together on Oct. 5 leaving the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles — have gone on several dates recently but notes it’s still early days.

Another insider says that the movie producer is “friends” with the Real Time with Bill Maher host.

Alfallah has not commented and a rep for Maher did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Earlier this week, Pacino, 84, told PEOPLE that he is not currently in a relationship, saying, “I have friendship.” Pacino and Alfallah, who were first linked in April 2022, welcomed a son, Roman, in June 2023.

Amid speculation about her relationship with Maher, on Oct. 8, Alfallah, who worked as an executive producer on The Apprentice starring Sebastian Stan and Jeremy Strong, shared a post on Instagram that included a selfie with Strong and Pacino, as well as a clip from Maher’s show, Real Time with Bill Maher, in which the host discussed the movie.

Since welcoming her son with Pacino last year, she’s called being a mother “the greatest blessing in my life,” and in a March interview with Vogue Arabia, she said, “Becoming a mom — to be honest — it’s greater than I could ever imagine.”

“Roman has just been the greatest gift from God, a thousand times better than what I ever thought he would be,” she told the outlet.

In the rare interview, she also touched on Pacino as a father — he’s also a dad to Julie, 32, and 23-year-old twins Anton and Olivia. Speaking of Roman, she said, “His dad, of course, wants him to be whoever he wants to be…I think acting is in his genes though.”

Previously, Alfallah was linked romantically to other A-list stars including The Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger in 2017 as well as billionaire Nicolas Berggruen.

“Our ages didn’t matter to me,” Alfallah told Hello! Magazine following her breakup with Jagger in March 2018.

“The heart doesn’t know what it sees, it only knows what it feels. It was my first serious relationship, but it was a happy time for me,” Alfallah added.
