Demi Moore Is All Tied Up in Menswear-Inspired Look at Toronto Premiere of The Substance
On Thursday, Sept. 5, the 61-year-old actress stepped out at the Toronto Film Festival in a chic white dress shirt and black tie ensemble for the premiere of her new movie The Substance.
Moore’s shirt was tucked into a high-waisted black shirt teamed with matching stiletto heels and a black purse. The G.I. Jane star added more elegance with dangly down diamond earrings and finger rings.
Her signature long dark hair was styled into a straight middle parting as she wore a soft smokey eye makeup look.
Appearing in great spirits, Moore — who plays the role of Elisabeth Sparkle in The Substance — flashed a big smile as she posed on the red carpet alongside costar Margaret Qualley, 29, who wore a white cape over a black outfit and open-toe heels.

In a recent interview with Variety, Moore opened up about embracing her imperfections while in the public eye.
“Sometimes I’ll look at a photo and think, ‘I look old,’ or whatever. But I’ve learned to deal with it,” she told the outlet.
She also explained how a comment from a stranger helped her to cope with living under the spotlight.
“She said, ‘You’ll never be enough, but you’ll start to know your worth once you put down the measuring stick,’ ” Moore told the outlet.
“It’s about catching the feeling in the moment and then pivoting,” she added.
The Substance debuted at Cannes Film Festival on May 19. Moore pulled out all the fashion stops in a stunning Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown with a dramatic 3D detail. The satin champagne ensemble featured a corset bodice and a 3D pointed wing protruding from the left side of the bust.
She also wowed in a red beaded Giorgio Armani Privé gown with floral details at the May 17 premiere of Kinds of Kindness. Later that evening, she changed into a dazzling turquoise sequin Balenciaga gown for the Trophee Chopard Ceremony.
